When is the next auction?
AAA traditionally conducts their auctions on the 1st weekends in May & October, announcing as early as possible should a Saturday be included as well as the Sunday.

What is required to place an item to auction?
We ask for a listing of your items along with a basic condition report, images if possible & an estimate of the amount you wish to achieve.

What is the cut-off date for auction submissions?
To do your submissions justice regarding advertising etc, 3 months prior to an auction.

How will I know if my bid is successful?
Your invoice will be sent within 2 days, with all of the necessary information contained in the body of your covering email.

Can I pay for the shipping costs along with my purchases payment?
Unfortunately, no. We do accept it is more convenient for you but it is physically impossible to have the purchases packed, weighed & costed prior to payment. Once an invoice is paid, it is then queued for shipping & the shipping charges added to your invoice which is then paid separately & independently from the original invoice.

Can you ship firearms to my country?
Generally, yes. There are exceptions which apply to your countries importation Laws & Customs & whilst we do try to stay abreast of them, ultimately, it must be your responsibility to ascertain, prior to bidding, the abiding Laws & Customs limitations pertaining to each item. We ship purchases by Registered Australia Post unless the package exceeds Australia Post’s limitations of 105cm & 20kg. For items outside these limitations we will then use freight forwarders, which are more expensive.
AAA has their own shipping department.  All overseas firearms are currently being shipped by bulk freight forwarding.  This has proven to be financially economical.  Australia Post will no longer ships firearms by airmail, although they will ship firearms by Registered sea mail if the package conforms within their limitations of 105cm & 20kg, this time frame for delivery is approximately 3 months.
All UK firearm shipments are currently being shipped by bulk freight forwarding. This has proven to be financially economical.
The USA is by freight forwarding or Registered Australia Post, sea mail as long as the package conforms within A.P. limitations of 105cm & 20kg. The time frame for sea mail delivery is approximately 2 to 3 months. If the parcel does not confirm to these restrictions freight forwarding will be the form of shipping.
